Combine theory and practice
In our company we train young women and men in commercial, technical and industrial trades. The available options and related information can be found on the following pages.

Commercial trades
Those that prefer to work in an office, writing, calculating, organizing, shaping and managing, should take a look at the commercial trades at FORMARO. The company training takes place in the technical departments, management and administration offices, while the trade theory is taught at the vocational business school.

Technical trades
Technical content characterizes the training in the following trades. A good technical understanding and sense of spatial perception are prerequisites. The largest part of the apprenticeship is completed in the company and supplemented with courses in training centers and theory lessons at a vocational training school.

• Plant mechanic (m+f)/ sanitary engineering
• Plant mechanic (m+f)/ Heating
• Industrial mechanic (m+f)

Industrial trades
Are you good with your hands and enjoy working at different locations? Then you should find out about our industrial trades. Practical experience can be gained on the many building sites and properties that are under FORMARO's care, while vocational training school and training centers cover the theory.

During your degree course, you can gather important experience through our internship program, which will simplify your career access at a later stage. All FORMARO divisions offer internships and, thus, the opportunity to gather practical experience in commercial and other departments.
